Matthias Adler,
M.Sc.
Matthias Adler, M.Sc. is a specialized psychologist in neuropsychology FSP and a certified neuropsychological expert SIM (Swiss Insurance Medicine). His professional focus is neuropsychological diagnostics for various neurological and neuropsychiatric disorders, assessment of fitness to drive, evaluation of the functionality and work abilityfrom a neuropsychological perspective.
Matthias Adler, M.Sc. studied psychology with a focus on personality- and developmental psychology at the University of Basel. He then worked as a neuropsychologist and research assistant in dementia research at the Institute for Regenerative Medicine (IREM) at the University of Zurich. Later, he worked as a neuropsychologist in clinical settings at DRK (Deutsches Rotes Kreuz) Hospital in Berlin, Clienia AG Littenheid and Schlössli, and the Memory Clinic Luzern.
In the meantime, Mr. Adler completed his training as a certified neuropsychological expert SIM and received his specialist title in neuropsychology FSP. Since 2022, he has been working as the head of the Center for Neuropsychology at the Neurozentrum Bellevue, part of the Bellevue Medical Group (BMG). He also conducts insurance medical assessments for the Swiss Disability Insurance (IV) since 2021 and is a member of the Swiss ADHD Society, the counseling center ADHD20+, and ADS (Autismus Deutsche Schweiz), and is an active member of the interest group neuropsychology in the Memory Clinic of the Swiss Association of Neuropsychologists (SVNP) as well.
