We collaborate with various leading institutions and clinics in the field of neurorehabilitation. In recent years we have established a close partnership with our medical colleagues at the Zihlschlacht Rehabilitation Clinic.
The Zihlschlacht Rehabilitation Clinic is the largest neurorehabilitation clinic in Switzerland and is specialized in the reintegration of people with brain and nerve injuries back into daily life. An important part of the clinic is the Parkinson’s center, which is a well-renowned institution in Switzerland and abroad.
On September 1, 2013, an outpatient clinic for neurorehabilitation and Parkinson’s disease was established at Neurocenter Bellevue by the Zihlschlacht Rehabilitation Clinic. Hence, the services offered by Zihlschlacht Rehabilitation Clinic are also available at our locations in Zurich. We are able to address all questions related to neurorehabilitation after a stroke, head injury, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and many other neurological conditions.
The outpatient clinic for neurorehabilitation is supervised by Dr. med. Daniel Zutter, chief physician of the Zihlschlacht Rehabilitation Clinic. Dr. Zutter is a specialist in neurology and internal medicine and has worked in the field of neurorehabilitation nationally and internationally for over 20 years. Dr. med. Claudia Baum, head physician of the Zihlschlacht Rehabilitation Clinic, is available for questions regarding neurorehabilitation in multiple sclerosis. The Parkinson’s clinic has now merged with the Center for Movement Disorders and Parkinson’s disease at the Seefeld Medical Center and is led by Prof. Dr. med. Carsten Möller, deputy chief physician of the Zihlschlacht Rehabilitation Clinic.
